GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
The owner of the portal www.companywall.com is CompanyWall LTD, Units 15 & 16, 7 Wenlock Road, N1 7SL, London, United Kingdom.
"User" is a physical or legal person using the portal and fully agrees with the General Terms of Use. All users are committed to ethical use.
1. ACCESS TO PORTAL
The owner is responsible for maintaining the portal, so under normal conditions portal is available to all users, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The owner reserves the right to have short term access to the portal in case of emergency maintenance (eg replacement of equipment and the like). The owner will endeavor to resolve such delay in the shortest possible time.
In the event of a problem with the use of the portal, full access users are required to report problems to the owner in order to correct them immediately.
The information is of informative character and can be used solely for personal and non-commercial use.
2. TERMS OF USE
Content, trademarks, logos on the portal are owned by CompanyWall and are copyrighted.
The information that the user receives on the portal may be used solely for personal and non-commercial use. Any further processing or mass data collection is not permitted. Downloading of portal data and their use without permission of the owner is forbidden. You may not use materials for commercial purposes or for any public display.
In the event of a violation of these provisions, the owner may terminate the access to the portal. Data is intended solely for end users and is not allowed to be forwarded to third parties

CompanyWall notifies all business associates and service users of the manner and purpose of processing and use of personal data, as well as the rights of the person to whom the data relate, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Act (GDPR).
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Croatia, we have registered the collected personal data which we have in the Central Registry which is kept by the Commissioner for Public Information and Personal Data Protection.

The purpose of collecting and further processing of the collected data is the fulfillment of the obligations determined by the law and the act passed in accordance with the law; the exercise of the right in connection with the concluded service contracts and fulfillment of the obligations relating to the performance of concluded contracts; realization of the rights and fulfillment of the obligations undertaken by concluding contracts on all forms of business cooperation and conducting marketing activities. Collected personal data will be used solely for the purpose mentioned.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The user and the owner will be able to handle any court disputes that may arise from the services provided by the portal, to be solved in a safe manner. In case they can not agree, the dispute will be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb.
7. VALUATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS
The general terms and conditions are in force since 17.7.2019. and are valid until their cancellation, which will be published on the portal and emailed to all registered users.
